Description

This Project, Rework Exhaust Ducts in Buildings 19 and 21, Project No. 554-00-002, consists of providing design services to produce a complete set of bid documents. The project scope includes (1) Modify and repair all HVAC ducts in buildings 19 and 21, (2) Replace temperature controls and R E-Heat coils in buildings 19 and 21, (3) Installing new exhaust fans, (4) Modify fume hood exhaust systems (Test and Balance), (5) Minor asbestos abatement and miscellaneous items. A/E Services shall include: Investigative survey, construction documents, cost estimates and construction period services. Qualified firms within 100 mile radius of Denver, submitting applicable SF254/255s no later than close of business 02-20-01 will be considered. ****NOTE: This is NOT a request for proposal.*****
