Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to increase the effort under a current sole-source delivery order against ITSS BPA #N00039-98-A-3008 to TDS Incorporated. Contractor will provide support services to SPAWAR Code 052 (Plans and Budgets) in the development of cost modeling, matrix support, tracking and analysis, funding studies, and implementation strategies. This effort will also provide technical assessments including Program Objective Memorandum (POM) planning in support of FMP/SHORE implementation plans and the CNO's budget. Contractor must comprehend all SPAWAR programs, their interdependencies, and the execution of processes that support the programs. Contractor must provide superior management and planning support to Code 052 in the scheduling and implementation of SPAWAR systems aboard ships and ashore. Contractor will also research required systems, hardware, and technology, along with development of background information and data necessary to support meeting the Code 052 initiatives. The period of this performance for this order will be for ten months from the date of award. This request is considered to be sole source to TDS Incorporated, therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement.
