Description

PARKS TREE THINNING AND REMOVAL, USDA Forest Service, Region 3 Western Zone Contracting & Property, Kaibab National Forest, Williams RD. Thin, Skid, and Lop 176 acres of ponderosa pine up to 8.9" dbh. Project also includes purchase and removal of trees, 9-18" dbh (approximately 609 ccf). Trees 5-8.9" may be salvaged. Project area is located approximately 15 miles NE of Williams, Arizona. Contract time is 270 calendar days and work is expected to start 4/2/01. See Numbered Note 1
