Description

Construction of individual water systems, water service lines, individual waste disposal systems, sewer service lines, and community water and sewer mains to serve homes on the Fort Totten Indian Reservation, Benson County, North Dakota. This will be a requirements contract. Duration of the contract will be three-hundred sixty-five (365) days from Date of Award. IFB 241-01-BI-3477 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable charge of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for solicitation documents. Project Magnitude is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. The proposed acquisition listed herein is to award to an Indian-owned firm pursuant to the Buy-Indian Act. The Indian Preference Clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
