Description

The work of this contract consists of removal, disposal and replacement of existing 6 inch, reinforced concrete boat ramp sections on the east side of the Elk Creek boat ramp in Curecanti National Recreation Area, located approximately 15 miles west of Gunnison, Colorado. Sections are typically 12 feet wide and 17 1/2 feet long and are to be doweled together. The contractor will be required to maintain public and concession access through the construction zone for launching and retrieval of boats, and setup of marina facilities with only short breaks.
