Description
The Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA/90) 150 Muir Rd., Martinez, California is seeking a contractor to furnish all necessary labor, tools, materials, supervision and engineering to perform repairs and alterations including new components to Government owned elevators at the VA Medical Center, Livermore, California. Project also includes two year maintenance options. This solicitation will result in a construction contract which performance and payment bonding will be required. This is Request for Proposals (RFP), a negotiated procurement. Contractor will be required to submit technical and pricing proposals. Award will be made to the proposal with the best value by adding both the technical and pricing evaluations. Responsible contractors in the business of elevator construction and maintenance are encourage to request RFP packages. Packages will be available on or about February 5, 2001. Packages are to be requested in writing to the Contracting Officer (Vincent I. Osorio CCA/90) 150 Muir Rd., Martinez, CA 94553 or fax to (925) 372-2044. This is an unrestricted procurement.
