Description

Provide storage, delivery, installation, pickup and maintenance of Durable Medical Equipment (DME), to Veterans at their residences, for the Department of Veterans Affairs, 325 New Castle Road, Butler, PA 16001-2480, in accordance with the specifications and terms of the contract, during the period 4/01/01 through 3/31/02, with three (3) one year option to extend. The Contractor awarded this contract will be responsible for all maintenance, pickup, etc. of DME already issued, and will also be responsible for relocating any stored equipment from prior Contractor's facility to their facility within ten (10) working days from notice of award.
