Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Poplar Bluff, Missouri, intends to issue a Solicitation for Testing and Balancing of the HVAC System of Building One. This will be a complete and thorough inspection, testing, and balancing of all the AHU's, air distribution systems, performance of equipment and automatic controls, thermostats and dampers, by using systematic TAB procedures that will provide conformance with plans and specifications. The minimum qualifications for the test laboratory are current membership in AABC or certification by NEBB. All requests for bid packages shall be in writing or by e-mail to bruce.johnson@med.va.gov. And must be on Company Letter Head. Faxed requests can be sent to 913-758-6495. No phone requests will be honored. Small business size is 7 million, NAICS code is 235990. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This notice corrects the fax phone number of the notice dated January 9th, 2001. All contractors should resubmit their requests the fax number given was not a good fax number and some may not been forwarded to Leavenworth, KS.
