Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to "Replace A/C Unit Bldg. 18 Jefferson Barracks Division, VAMC St. Louis MO 63125 in accordance with plans and specifications. This procurement is SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. NAICS code is 235110 and size standard is $7 Million dollars average for the last three years. All requests for the solicitation shall be received in writing on company letterhead. FAXED requests will be honored. Solicitation will be issued on or about 2/5/01. Bid opening date will be on or about 3/7/01 at 3:00 PM local time. Completion time shall be 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
