Description

The National Park Service has a requirement to conduct an overhaul of NPS vessel "Pacific Ranger." This vessel is a steel-hulled, aluminum cabin crew boat designed to transport personnel and cargo to the Channel Islands off the coast of Southern California. Length: 56 ft; Beam: 17 ft 6 in; Draft: 4 ft 6 in. Work under this contract includes and is not limited to haul and launch, blocking, hydrowash, painting bottom; replace cutlass bearings; remove and install propeller shafts and props. Copies of this Request for Quotes package must be requested in writing to the address listed in this announcement or by faxing your request to (805) 658-5799. No verbal requests will be accepted. Quotes will be due in this office 15 calendar days from the ACTUAL date issued. We anticipate this request will be issued Monday, January 29, 2001.
