This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) PR Number F1SV0103490200. 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. 4) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business.
