REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS WANTED 01-RFQ-2603-DR MetroLink North Hanley Station Development Project Bi-State Development Agency is soliciting Qualifications for Architectural and Engineering Services to provide the development of a parking garage with commercial/retail components at the Agency's North Hanley MetroLink station. The firm must have demonstrated experience in financing, designing, constructing, operating and maintaining a commercial development.
