Request for Annual Qualifications Statements. Architect-Engineer firms interested in having their qualifications statements on file with the U.S. Coast Guard Civil Engineering Unit, Juneau, Alaska, for consideration for small projects (under $25,000), during calendar year 2001, are invited to submit only their Standard Form 254 to Commanding Officer (ko), Civil Engineering Unit, P.O. Box 21747, Juneau, AK 99802-1747, by close of business February 7, 2001. Fax or e-mail transmittals are also acceptable. This invitation is directed to Architect-Engineer firms under the following Standard Industrial Classification/North American Industrial Classification System codes: 8711/541330-Engineering Services; 8712/541310-Architectural Services; 8713/541370-Surveying Services.
