Description

The Officer in Change requires all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and management required to perform inspection, testing, maintenance, repair and component replacement as required to maintain a Siemens DDC systems in accordance with the manufacturer's original specifications. Work includes the performance of service call work, perventative maintenance of equipment, routine and periodic inspections and tests training of Government personnel and other services for the Navy Public Works Center, Norfolk, Virginia. The Contractor shall be licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia to provide the maintenance and repair services specified in this contract. Siemens Building Technologies, Inc is the only known source that can meet this requirement. This proposed contract action is for the services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotitate with only one source, Siemens Building Technologies, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302.
