Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) will have the construction contract documents for the construction of the new United States Courthouse in Seattle, WA, Solicitation Number GS-10P-01-LTC-0011, available starting January 31, 2001. The following four (4) Contractors are on the Voluntary Shortlist and should be contacted regarding subcontractor bids and proposals. The GSA plans to ultimately award a single construction Contract to the Contractor offering the Best Value to the government within the available construction funding (approximately $150 million). The four (4) Contractors on the Voluntary Shortlist are required to submit their Price Proposals to the GSA by 3:00 pm PST on Thursday, March 15, 2001. The following web-site, www.northwest.gsa.gov/seattle-usch, gives instructions for procuring the construction contract bid documents and obtaining the Planholders List.
