Description

The purpose of this modification is to advise that the release of solicitation N00140-01-R-1047 for Instructor Services is not expected prior to 31 January 2001. Consequently, the pre-proposal conference scheduled for 31 January 2001 is hereby changed to a pre-solicitation conference. The time, date and location for this conference remain 10:00 AM on 31 January 2001 at FISC Detachment Philadelphia. An electronic copy of the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) can be obtained by sending a request to the negotiator at Regina_M_Magee@phil.fisc.navy.mil. Additionally, hard copies of the draft PWS will be made available at the pre-solicitation conference. This requirement was originally synopsized on 11 January 2001 by submission number 50A6K8.
