REQUIREMENTS: United States Government is Seeking to Lease Office and Related Space Consisting of Approximately 97,200 Square Feet of Rentable Space. Rentable Space Must Yield 84,500 Occupiable Square Feet To Be Used by Tenant For Personnel, Furnishings and Equipment. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: A Minimum of 172 Secured Parking Spaces and Radio Maintenance Facility To Be Located on the Site. LOCATION: Approximately Eight Acres Within the Albuquerque City Limits Site to be Determined. LEASE TERM: 20 Year Term Firm. OCCUPANCY: Space Should be Ready for Occupancy by No Later Than March 1, 2003.
