- Description
- The United States Customs Service is seeking offers from qualified vendors for the lease of an Aircraft Hangar and Office/Maintenance Support Space in Pensacola, Florida. Offers will be solicited from vendors capable of meeting the following criteria: A facility of approximately 61,000 square feet of rentable space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 59,500 occupiable square feet to a maximum of 62,500 of occupiable square feet of space: consisting of 6,400 square feet of aircraft hangar, 7,500 square feet of office/maintenance and other support space, 40,000 square feet of aircraft ramp space, and parking for 16 vehicles. Leased premises must be located on or immediately adjacent to, and with unencumbered access to, the Pensacola Regional Airport, Pensacola, Florida. Requirements shall include access to a minimum 6,000 foot long, hard-surfaced/lighted runway with instrument approach. Available services must include 24 hour emergency fire and crash response, air traffic control for takeoffs and landings, immediate access to the runway for takeoffs, 24 hour security, and limited/controlled access to the leased premises, including the aircraft ramp area. An EPA approved washrack is required, preferably available as part of the leased premises; but otherwise, existent on the airport property and available for use by the tenant operation. The offered property must meet all applicable codes and be in full compliance with all applicable federal guidelines, including EPA, OSHA, NFPA, and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS. All services and utilities shall be included as part of the rental consideration. Seeking a twenty (20) year lease, with a ten (10) year firm term.
