Description

Provide and pay for all materials, labor, services, equipment, licenses, taxes, and other items necessary for the execution, installation, and completion the construction of a new USPS owned main office facility of approximately 8,850 square feet in Pinetop, AZ on USPS owned property of approximately 95,500 square feet. The project is a USPS SSBD 80-A "owned" facility on USPS owned property. The work will include the complete construction of a new facility and improvement of the property. The work includes, but is not limited to: earthwork, installation of utilities, minimal work outside the USPS property line (for street, utilities, and sidewalk connection, which will require a City work order and permit), concrete curb and gutter, concrete and asphalt paving, minimal chainlink site fencing, landscaping with site irrigation (inclusive of coordination), furnished and installed USPS site signage, concrete sidewalks and ramps, concrete site retaining walls, masonry, stone veneer and plaster elevations, steel columns, wood trusses with plywood deck and metal roofing, USPS National Vendor millwork (furnished and installed by the Contractor), paint-striping, one scissors lift, forced-air interior mechanical units with exterior condensers, site lighting, structured wiring/equipment for CAT 5 communications systems, rough-in for IDS system, and all incidental work described in the contract documents. All National Vendor materials and installation shall be the responsibility of the General contractor within the cost for construction of the facility. Material costs shall be as indicated within the respective specification sections on the specific order forms. Installation cost and "manufacturing approved" subcontractors shall be provided through the contractor. Estimated construction cost range is between $1,400,000 and $1,700,000.
