Description

YPC01011000538, NSN 4320-00-734-6951, Packing, With Retainer, IAW U.S. ARMY DWG. (19207) 7346951. This is a small business set aside, full and open after exclusion of sources. Quantity 2637 each to New Cumberland, PA, and 2018 each to Tracy, CA all to be delivered in 90 days ADO. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
