DESC: This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulations12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and with FAR Subpart 13 (Simplified Acquisition of Procedures). Request for Quotation (RFQ) #673-73-01 is assigned and shall be referenced on any request for solicitation. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 5047 and the small business size is 500 employees. The requirement is for Stryker (1) 3-Chip C-Mount Camera System; (1) 3-Chip C-Mount Camera Head Assembly w/10 foot cable; (1) X6000 Xenon Light Source; (2) 4.0mm 30 (degree) Autoclavable Scope (1) SDC Pro with printer captures j-peg & m-peg compact disc burner; (2) 12K Hand controlled handpiece and (1) Arthroscopy Pump Console with hand control.
