Destination with deliveries to Stockton, CA 95296 (Qty 57) and New Cumberland, PA 17070 (Qty 17). Required delivery schedule with First Article Testing is 74 each 420 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report is due 268 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 74 each 280 DACA. This is a Flight Safety Part. This item is restricted to Skyline Industries, Inc., Forth Worth, TX 76101; Chem Fab Corp, Hot Springs National Park, AR 71901-6801; and Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., Hurst, TX 76053. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
