Required delivery schedule with First Article Testing is 96 each 315 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report is due 198 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 96 each 210 DACA. This item is restricted to Industrial Tectonics Bearings, Corp, Compton, CA 90221-5519; Timken Aerospace, Lebanon, NH 03766-2627; and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
