This is Amendment #3 to SPECIAL NOTICE, #DPGP-01-01, Titled DAMAGE PREVENTION GRANT PROGRAM, for the United States Department of Transportation, Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA), Office of Contracts and Procurement (DMA-30), 400 7th Street, SW, Room 7104, Washington, DC, 20590. Amendment #3 is hereby issued to extend the closing date for receiving applications until February 28, 2001.
