Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions for a period of up to one year under a new Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Raytheon Company, Equipment Division, 430 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, MA 01776. Orders will be issued for Design Agent Engineering for MK 74 Missile Fire Control System (FCS) System Update and Documentation. Design Agent (DA) Engineering Services includes, but is not limited to, on-site field engineering services (FES) support, data analysis, computer program problem resolution support, component obsolescence analysis, repair depot support, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case DA support. The BOA and subsequent orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Raytheon is the original designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the MK 74 Missile FCS and, therefore, possess the unique experience and knowledge to perform the work that is required by the Government.
