The M22 Simulator uses an exterior case fabricated from glass reinforced ABS plastic, a compression type small arms primer, and the internal flash composition is consolidated at 10,000 psi. A respondent to this survey should be able to show that they have adequate technical and manufacturing capability and good past performance. A respondent to this market survey must have available a majority of the skills and facilities that are required to manufacture the M22 Simulator. Interested companies who feel they have the necessary manufacturing capabilities should respond by providing the Government the following information; a brief summary of the company's capabilities, including a description of facilities, personnel, past manufacturing experience as it relates to the above criteria; estimated minimum and maximum monthly quantities that can be produced and the Minimum Procurement Quantity (MPQ) required for production. If a respondent does not have adequate resources (technical, manufacturing, personnel, etc.) available, the respondent must be able to demonstrate his ability to obtain those resources in a timely manner. If a respondent chooses to utilize the services of a sub-tier vendor or contractor, they must also meet this criteria. This is a market survey for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market survey or otherwise pay for information.
