Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWCADLKE), New Jersey intends to enter into negotiations with the Boeing Company to procure peculiar support equipment (PSE) in support of the Advanced Targeting Forward Looking Infrared (ATFLIR). This requirement is for one (1) unit of the ATFLIR Organizational Level Pod Test Set P/N 74D740503-1001. The Government intends to procure these services under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to open this requirement to competition. Responses should reference N68335-99-G-0028 Delivery Order 0008. Information must be received no later than 08 February 2001. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
