Description

Sole source requirement for Racal Voice Recorder spares. Equipment to be acquired are listed as follows: Two (2) ea. Mainframe, Mirra Series II Voice Recorder, P/N MR202A; Two (2) ea. Analog Channel, 8 ,w/o warning tone, P/N MR001; Two (2) ea Analog Channel, 16 w/o warning tone P/N MR002; Four (4) ea Connection Cable, 16 channel input, 10 ft, P/N WMC005; Two (2) ea Rackmount Kit, P/N MRA14C; Four (4) ea Recording Media, DVD, 5/pk, P/N GRA95. Items to be procured on a sole source basis to the OEM, Racal Recorders Inc., Herndon, VA. The spare parts are required for the communication system at the Townsend Air-Ground Bombing Range, Townsend, GA. Parts must be physically, mechanically and electrically identical to the system assemblies they will be replacing. Oral RFQ N00244-01-T-0335 will be utilized in accordance with SAP procedures for this this non-competitive procurement. Anticipated award date is Feb 2, 2000. Faxed proposal will be accepted.
