Description

THIS PROCUREMENT IS SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This is a pre-solicitation notice announcing an upcoming solicitation for maintenance/cleaning of exhaust systems in approximately 16 buildings located at the Naval Air Station, Pensacola, FL. The service schedule will be monthly, quarterly or semi-annual with approximately 300 service calls per year. It is the intention of the Government to issue a purchase order for the services for a base year and 3 option years. The NAICC Code is 56179 -- Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings. The solicitation package will be available on the Internet for viewing and downloading in approximately 2 to 3 weeks. This will be the only method of receiving the specification. The web site address is: esol.navfac.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register themselves on the web site. The official planholder's list will be maintained and can be printed from the web site. Amendments will be posted on the web site for downloading. This will be the only method of distributing amendments; therefore, IT IS THE OFFEROR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEB SITE PERIODICALLY FOR ANY AMENDMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION.
