Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 a sole source agreement with Quarles Petroleum, Inc., Front Royal, VA for fuel oil. US Customs Services has an agreement with Quarles Petroleum, Inc. for heating oil located at 828 Harmony Hollow Road, Front Royal, VA. Both ATF and US CUstoms Services have separate metering systems but a shared storage tank. Quarles Petroleum has agreed to invoice both agencies separately for the amount of fuel oil used. The services will be for 1 year. See Note 22.
