Description

Contractor shall furnish and install concrete graveliners, F.O. B. Destination With In Consignee's Premises, Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, TX 78209, covering the period April 1, 2001, through March 31, 2002 (base period), with four 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through March 31, 2006. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 327390 and a size standard of 500 employees is applicable to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid. Requests for hard copies of the solicitation must be in writing to Mrs. Janice E. Corlew and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable) made payable to "U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs." No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be mailed on or about February 1, 2001.
