Description

The Federal Housing Finance Board (Finance Board) intends to issue a solicitation for commercially available services in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Finance Board is seeking a contractor or contractors to perform interior office renovation to the Executive Board Room on the second floor of the building. The contractor shall be licensed, insured and bonded to perform in the District of Columbia and shall only use personnel licensed, insured and bonded to perform these tasks. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The proposed contract shall be firm fixed price. The Finance Board will hold one site visit meeting for all offerors interested in proposing on this requirement. The Site Visit will be held February 13, 2001 at 10:00 am and will last approximately one hour. Time will be made available, on that date, for interested offerors to conduct measurements.
