This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Preventive Maintenance/service on Government owned Imed Gemini Infusion Pumps located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 50 Iving Street N.W. Washington, DC 20422. Contract period is from 3/1/01 thru 9/30/01 with two (2)one-year renewal options. Services include software/hardware, upgrades, labor, tools, parts and travel for the following equipment: Model PC-1, (77) each total units ,barcode 1236918, 1238791 thru 1238859, 1238861 thru 1238867 -- Model PC-2, (51) total units, barcode 1238868 thru 1238918 -- Model PC-4, (8) total units, barcode 1238919 thru 1238926. Preventive maintenance shall be performed during the month of June. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect thru Federal Acquisition Circular #97-19. The SIC code for this solicitation is 7699.
