Description

This is a sources sought/market research conducted in accordance with part 10 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Andrews Air Force Base is requesting information and any suggestions that will be useful in developing a commercial Performance Based Statement of Work for the Maintenance and Repair of Fire Extinguishers. Industry input on standard commercial practices, commercial terms and conditions is requested. The service will include but is not limited to providing corrective maintenance, schedule maintenance, emergency service and hydrostatic testing. Both Small and Large Businesses are encouraged to furnish information and comment on the Draft Statement of Work located on the Federal Business Opportunities on the Web Site at EPS.GOV. It can be accessed under USAF, Air Mobility Command Andrews AFB, MD. Responses and comments shall be submitted to the contract specialist below fax, e-mail, or mail by 9 Feb 2001. Provide your business size, years of experience, and a point of contact with any information submitted. Information submitted will not be returned. The resulting contract will be a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 811310. The size standard is $5.0 million.
