Description

The VA Black Hills Health Care System with facilities located in Hot Springs and Fort Meade, SD intends to award a contract for a Community Based Outpatinet Clinic (CBOC) to provide Primary Care Services on an outpatient basis for approximately 300 veterans residing in the Winner, SD and surrounding area. The CBOC is to be located within the city limites of Winner, SD. The CBOC will be responsible for managing the veterans' primary medical care. Referrals for sub-specialty care and hospitalization will be made to the VA Black Hills Health Care System (Hot Springs or Fort Meade SD). It is expected that the contract will be awarded on or before March 16, 2001 with services to begin on or about April 1, 2001 for a one year period with four renewal options. Offers must be received by COB March 9, 2001. Offers are being solicited on a capitated basis or a fee for service basis. A Pre-Bid Conference shall be held to entertain any questions or concerns on February 22, 2001 at 2:OOpm, central time, at the American Legion Hall, 311 Jefferson Street, Winner, SD 57580.
