Description

The Seattle District, Corps of Engineers has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services to include mowing, edging, raking, sweeping, removal and disposal of debris, and road sweeping at the Albeni Falls Project, Bonner County, Idaho Recreation Areas: Albeni Cove near Oldtown, Idaho; Priest River Recreation Area near Priest River, Idaho; the Vista Recreation Area, Priest River, Idaho; Riley Creek Recreation Area near Laclede, Idaho; Springy Point Recreation Area near Sagle, Idaho; and Trestle Creek Recreation Area near Hope, Idaho. The contract will include the Base Year with options for 2 additional years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 56173 and the Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 0782 with size standard of $5.0 million. This solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-Rom format only. Disks will be available on or about 15 February 2001 at no charge per set; issued on a first come, first served basis. No phone requests accepted. Firms desiring a copy of the EBS must register via the Internet at the following address: http://www.nws.usace.army.mil/ct/ The disks will be mailed when available. They will also available from the District Plans Room Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
