Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Lease and Maintenance of approximately 115 washers, 30 dryers, 100 stackable dryers, and 10 stackable washers/dryers located at various locations on Fairchild AFB, WA. This acquisition will be accomplished using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 812310. Small business size standard is $5M. The performance period will be for a one-year basic period, with an anticipated start date of 1 Apr 01, and 4 one-year option periods. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation, notices, and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting system (EPS) site at www.eps.gov.
