Description

The Atlantic Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Norfolk, Virginia intends to acquire Custodial, Grounds, and Trash Removal Services at the Naval Reserve Center, Huntington, West Virginia. The contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, tools, materials, supplies, labor and transportation services necessary to perform Custodial Services to one building, Grounds Maintenance to gross a area of 2.79 acres, and trash removal services (provide and empty one eight cubic yard dumpster once weekly.) This is a firm fixed price type contract for a base period of one year with four one year options to extend, total duration not to exceed sixty (60) months.
