ISSUE DATE: FEB 15 2001. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for : Reroof , with EPDM rubber roofing , the Marine Safety Building 15, at US Coast Guard ISC Boston, 455 Commercial Street Boston, MA (Suffolk County). Work includes, but is not limited to, (1) removal and disposal of the existing EPDM roof and (2) removal and disposal of the existing roof hatch ; and, (3) provide and apply a new reroof with a sole source roofing system, (4) provide and install new roof hatch; and, (5) incidental related work... The sole source roof system is Carlisle FleeceBACK, ASTM D 4637 Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer (EPDM). The telephone number for Carlisle is (800) 441-3433.
