Description

This effort is sole source to Pall Aerospace Corporation (PAC), 5775 Vista Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33760 (CAGE: 18350) -- Authority and justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. A firm fixed price base year contract with four one-year option periods is contemplated. The proposed effort is for the acquisition of A Kits, NSN: 1530-01-329-6481; P/N: AE-A249-13A; estimated quantity: 300 each and B Kits, NSN: 1530-01-329-6482; P/N: AE-A249-13B; estimated quantity: 120 each. The proposed contract action is for services/supplies for which the Government does not have adequate data available to permit full and open competition. Firms that can accomplish the above requirement are encouraged to identify themselves to the contracting officer and provide supporting evidence to permit participation in current or future solicitations.
