This is a Source and Critical application item. It must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control drawing. Approved Source(s): Sargent Control (97613) and Kamatics Corp. (50632). This item is being procured as F.O.B Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin, Delivery 80 DARO,QAP B02 and estimated quantity 1775 with 100% option quantity. All deliveries will be made to one of DLA's stock locations, with an anticipated delivery to Tracy, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the RFP. See Note 26
