The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Site License to Upgrade ADORA and its database to Version 2.1, Qty 1 2)Annual Maintenance, 2 yrs and 3) Two day Training Session, Qty 2. This requirement is sole sourced to Blaze Tech 24 Thorndike St. Cambridge, MA 02141-1882 for proprietary data. Any firms believing that they can provide Site License and annual maintenance may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to provide the required site license and maintenance, which will be considered by this agency.
