It's the requestor's responsibility to periodically check the IHDIV Contracts division website for curent status of solicitation and amendments. Once the solicitation has been issued on the internet, the contract specialist will send an email message to the registered requestors informing them that the solicitation is now available for downloading off the internet. This requirement will be available for downloading from the Indian Head Division website beginnining approximately 5 March 2001. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation. This solicitation will be issued full and open competition. The SIC Code is 541330, and FSC Code is R425. Environmental Support Services are required in the following nine (9) task areas: (1) Program Management, (2) Administration, (3) Regulation and Compliance, (4) Training Support, (5) Clean-up, (6) Engineering Services, (7) Chemical Analysis, (8) Technology Transfer and (9) Transition Support. Type of contract: Cost Plus Fixed Fee (level of effort -term) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity. Delivery schedule will be in accordance with individual delivery orders placed against the contract. Duration of contract performance : Base year with four (4) one-year options. Evaluation factors: Award will be based on best value pursuant to the following factors: Offeror Submission, Offeror Capability ( Offeror Experience, Personnel, Corporate Management, Past Performance) and Cost.
