Description

This project consists of removal and disposal of the existing asphalt shingle and flashing around roof penetrations; and the installation of a new standing seam, metal roofing system with new flashing around roof penetrations and at the eave and rake edges. The work also consists of shop fabricated rain gutter sections over from and rear entrances. There are five dwellings in all. The minimum project will consist of three of the buildings. Two additional buildings will be optional items one and two which will be awarded if funds are available. The five quarters buildings are located in Manila, Utah.
