Solicitation will now be set aside for small business only. All others terms and conditions remain the same. PLEASE NOTE THAT OFFER MUST BE SUBMITTED ON REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AMENDMENT #2 TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. **************************************Truck, Hand. Two-Wheeled. Shall be a rigid, steel frame consisting of two side supports, minimum of three cross supports, a nose plate, wheel mounting brackets, solid rubber wheels or pneumatic rubber tires with steel or aluminum wheels and a handle(s). The wheels shall be equipped with bearings. The hand truck shall be capable of supporting and transporting a minimum load of 400 pounds without sustaining any damage or permanent deformation of any of the components. The nose plate shall be a minimum of 10 inches front to back and a minimum of 14 inches
