Description

Request for Proposal from qualified, responsible providers to furnish Comprehensive Employment Services for the Vocational Rehabilitation & Counseling (VC&R) Division of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Phoenix, Arizona. It is anticipated that multiple awards will be made. It is the VA's desire to have available Comprehensive Employment Services for all eligible participants living in Maricopa County, Pima County, Flagstaff and Northern Arizona, Sierra Vista and Southern Arizona, and the Yuma area. This solicitation is a total 100% small business set-aside, NAICSC 561310, $5.0. Term of the contract is one (1) base year with four (4) one year options. Solicitations will be available on or about February 14, 2001. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR, Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation number 345-3-02 is issued as a Request for Proposals. All requests for copies of the solicitation must be in writing, NO telephone requests will be accepted.
