This publication serves as a notice of intent to procure, on a sole-source basis, with the Seattle Aquarium Society for NOAA, Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary to develop exhibitry and associated educational products that interpret the life history and habitats of sea otters of Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary.
