This publication serves as a notice of intent to procure, on a sole source basis, with Natural Resources Consultants, Inc for NOAA, National Marine Fisheries Service for the review and evaluation of Russian data of Fisher Management practices in the Russian Far East and possible impact on steller sea lion population dynamics.
