Description

Purchase of Booster Pump Skids that will be used in conjunction with new plant controls installed at the Goddard Power Plant (GPP). The GPP must purchase and install booster pumps for the turbine hydraulic system to automate the turbine controls. The controls were manufactured by ABB Bailey. The current equipment is not compatible with the ABB turbine control devices. Qty. 1 each. Contract action will be other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304 (c) (1).
