Description

The Government is seeking prospective sources for a commercially available linear power supply. The specification can be accessed at www.crane.navy.mil/supply/announce.htm]. Given our potential future requirement to purchase 12 15 each of these power supplies, we would like to know whether there are any existing products currently available off-the-shelf that satisfy the specification requirements, or whether an existing COTS product can be readily modified to meet the Government's needs. Please provide estimated delivery/production lead time; budgetary cost estimates (both per unit costs and non-recurring engineering, if applicable); test data; product literature (including specification sheets, cuts, illustrations, and/or drawings); and any quality certifications (e.g., Mil-Stds or ISO-9000) that may apply. This Request for Information does not constitute an intent to purchase, and it does not obligate the Government to purchase any of these linear power supplies. If a formal requirement results, a separate procurement solicitation will be developed and posted on the Commerce Business Daily website and NAVSEA Crane's homepage.
